Parenting on the ARC :
Rebuilding Futures
Parenting on the ARC is a fully-funded program, proudly supported by the Department of Youth Justice, designed to strengthen families with young people exhibiting early signs of disengagement and risk-taking behaviour.
Through a combination of engaging group sessions and personalised in-home sessions, parents and caregivers are guided to build confidence, deepen connections, and develop practical strategies for positive change.
Grounded in evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care, our program provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where families can rebuild futures together.
Program Goals:
To address the risks and needs that contribute to young people’s anti-social behaviours by enhancing and strengthening:
Family functioning
Parent–child relationships
Parenting confidence
Program Details:
Parents attend two interactive group sessions (3 hours each)
Families then take part in six tailored in-home sessions (1 hour each)
