B. Communication , M. Education, M. Counselling
Ags is a clinical counsellor with over 18 years’ experience supporting parents and children across educational settings, family support services, and private practice. In 2025, she became a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, further strengthening her attachment, and trauma-informed approach to family work.
Ags is a dedicated clinician, with a strong passion for supporting connection and emotional safety within parent–child relationships. Her work is grounded in attachment theory and an understanding of complex trauma, particularly the coping mechanisms developed in childhood and how these can shape parenting and relationships across generations.
Through ARC Parenting, Ags supports parents to better understand both their child’s inner world and their own. She is deeply committed to helping families strengthen connection, repair ruptures, and break trauma cycles with compassion and curiosity. Ags believes that when parents feel supported, regulated, and understood, they are better able to raise resilient, emotionally secure, and connected children.
