Our new workshop, specifically for practitioners working with clients who have experienced their own childhood trauma (cPTSD). Our 3-hour workshop addresses the following:

Understanding that trauma develops in cycles and is often repeated in families
De-escalating conflict and addressing concerns with empathy
Understanding diminished capacity and how to work within the parent/sā capacity to make changes
How Parenting Attachment styles impact parents and children through generations
Understanding the role of the amygdala and pre-frontal cortex in parents with cPTSD
Common complex trauma behavioural patterns and coping strategies
Helping clients see that small changes can have BIG impacts on their experience of parenting
